After over a decade of growing herbs and food both personally and professionally, Stephanie Broido founded Rooted Body Botanicals in 2023 to share her love for living close the cycles of nature, growing herbs and making nourishing meals and recipes. She lives at the foothills of the mountains in Western Maine / Wabanaki land.
